Dispute Resolution Specialist
Rewarding work assisting individuals and businesses in dispute resolution cases. Become certified in formal mediation while becoming knowledgeable in all forms of dispute resolution.
Other duties include marketplace investigations, business inquires, advertising review, educating consumers and businesses on fraud and how to do business better.
Multi-tasking and phone work an absolute must. Good writing skills required. Only honest, dependable individuals committed to being part of a dynamic team need apply. High School Diploma and some college required. Must be able to type 45 wpm, knowledgeable in Windows, office applications and the web and possess a clear and professional phone voice.
